This training ensures that you are fully prepared to perform your duties to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.   Performance Criteria  Participants will be required to demonstrate their proficiency in the following areas:

• Pre-Operational Procedures – Conducting thorough pre-start inspections, checking fluid levels, tyres, attachments, and identifying potential hazards before operation.
• Front End Loader Operation – Safely operating the loader across different terrains, maintaining stability and control while manoeuvring.
• Material Handling – Lifting, carrying, and placing various materials with precision, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
• Bucket and Attachment Use – Proficiently using the bucket and other attachments, adjusting angles and positions to suit different tasks.
• Loading and Stockpiling – Accurately loading materials into trucks, hoppers, or storage areas, and managing stockpiles efficiently.
• Site Coordination – Communicating effectively with ground personnel and other machinery operators to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Safety and Security – Following workplace safety protocols, wearing PPE, and correctly parking and securing the loader after use.
