If you’ve supervised or carried out structural demolition work and are confident in managing teams, following safety protocols, and applying demolition techniques, you may be eligible to attain the CPC41020 Certificate IV in Demolition through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

✔ Environmental Controls & Waste Management – Demonstrate your understanding of noise, dust, and waste management practices, including salvage and recycling of materials.
✔ Interpreting Plans & Engineering Drawings – Prove your ability to read and apply site drawings, structural plans, and specifications to guide demolition processes.
✔ Licensing & Legal Compliance – Showcase your knowledge of local and national regulations related to demolition licensing, notification, and reporting obligations.

🔹 Minimum Age – You must be at least 18 years old.
🔹 Industry Experience – Extensive experience in structural or general demolition work is essential.
🔹 Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) – Adequate LLN skills are required to complete the qualification.
🔹 Pre-RPL Assessment Interview – A consultation will be conducted to review your work history, skillset, and suitability for this qualification.
